Monthly Workshops – 3rd Fridays@Noon

A Black man demonstrates three tapping points. "Side of Eye" is just past the outer corners of the eyes. "Under Eye" is beneath the center of the eye on the cheekbone. "Nose" is at the center between the bottom of the nose and the top of the lips.

Monthly Workshops

The monthly workshops is offered as a way to share information and give participants an opportunity to experience and/or practice sensory based, somatic tools such as Tapping, Havening®.  These tools can be helpful for managing stress while also cultivating awareness, grounding, and being in the present moment, in a trauma-sensitive way.   No prior mindfulness or training required.
