Monthly Workshops – 3rd Fridays@Noon

A Black man demonstrates three tapping points. "Side of Eye" is just past the outer corners of the eyes. "Under Eye" is beneath the center of the eye on the cheekbone. "Nose" is at the center between the bottom of the nose and the top of the lips.

Monthly Workshops

We are happy to continue offering our monthly experiential workshops for the third year in a row.   These sessions have been well received, and all are welcome.  Come join to explore simple body based interventions such as Tapping, Havening® and/or other sensory-based, somatic tools.  These practices can be helpful for managing stress while also cultivating awareness, grounding, and internal locus of control in a trauma-sensitive way.   No prior mindfulness or training required.

“Tapping into Calm: Sensory Based Stress Management Tools”
Dates: 3rd Fridays of each month
Time: 12pm-12:30pm
Where: On Zoom
Also offered through USG Well-Being
