Since 2020, Sensory Based Stress Management Initiatives (Tapping@GT), have received campus & system wide support. Thanks to the Student Government Association’s Mental Health Joint Allocation Committee (MHJAC) funding in 2023 and 2024, we are encouraged to continue to offer the services on our campuses, and to expand our outreach to the student population. If there is something that speaks to you below, please reach out as we would love to share them with you.
*MHJAC also invites you to reach out to them directly with your own funding proposals to support student mental well-being.

Originally 10 spots funded. Thanks to the Polyvagal Institute’s additional gifts, we have a total of 12 accounts to give away.

These are still in beta testing and planning phase for roll out. Please inquire if you’d like to be one of the first to try them.
OPTION 6: Tapping Circle Facilitator & Havening® Training
Self-calming skills and capacity to shift our stress state quickly on demand is valuable, and the long term well-being implications are numerous. Learn how to sooth your own nerves. If you’d like and when you are ready, join the next level training to confidently spread and share the goodness.
