Disclaimer & Participation Agreement

Please read carefully before participating in any events, workshops, webinars, or exploring further.

The information on this website — including articles, videos, courses, webinars, downloads, resources, and other materials — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be interpreted as, medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for consulting with a licensed healthcare or mental health professional.

Although there is increasing clinical and anecdotal evidence suggesting that many people benefit from sensory-based self-regulation practices, the techniques discussed here — including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), EFT-informed or other acupoint-based tapping approaches (sometimes referred to more generally as “tapping”), Havening® Techniques, and breathwork practices — are considered experiential approaches. EFT has a stronger body of research in clinical settings; other tapping approaches may vary in methodology and levels of research. Havening® and various breathwork practices are emerging approaches with ongoing research and application. Individual responses can vary significantly, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

All content on this site is intended to inspire, educate, and raise awareness about these practices. It should not be considered a replacement for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Participation in any practice, workshop, webinar, or program is voluntary and at your own discretion. If you have any medical condition, mental health concern, trauma history, respiratory, cardiovascular, or neurological issue, are pregnant, or are taking medications, you should consult a qualified healthcare or mental health professional before engaging in any practices described on this site.

Participation in workshops, courses, or events, including recordings, may involve discussions or demonstrations of self-regulation techniques. These may increase stress for some individuals. You should exercise personal discretion and stop or modify any practice that feels uncomfortable. You assume full responsibility for your own participation, decisions, and well-being.

Opinions, views, and personal experiences shared by contributors, guest speakers, or participants are their own and are offered for educational purposes only. They do not necessarily reflect the views of the website owner, nor are they individualized advice.

If you have immediate health or mental health concerns, please seek support from a licensed and trusted healthcare or mental health provider.

Please note:  Webinars may be recorded and made publicly available. This may include your verbal or written contributions. While we will make reasonable efforts to protect your privacy, we encourage you to take any additional precautions you feel are necessary.

By participating in our online webinars and meetings, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
